From fresh spawn to first dungeon
Creating a Character
Log in with your account and create a character from one of three classes — Archer, Warrior or Beast Tamer — and any of the realm's peoples (human, elf, dwarf, orc, ogre, goblin and more via the character customizer). Your character's people determines the language you speak natively.

Your First Hour
- Talk to the Forgemaster on the village plaza — he teaches the trades and offers work orders.
- Pick up a Worn Pickaxe or Axe, equip it in your Tool slot, and harvest the nodes around the village.
- Visit the Beast Master for hunting quests — and later, a companion of your own.
- Pledge to a deity at their altar for daily devotion and blessings.
- When you reach level 5, gather a party (or summon a companion) and brave the Forgotten Crypt.
Away From Keyboard
The Player Portal lets you check your characters, inventory, faith, mail — and even bid on auctions — from any browser while logged out.
